How it works:

In a competitive employment market, job seekers need every advantage to land that next job.  A career coach can untangle the hiring web.

Career coaching includes a broad range of services, including career planning, career transition, interview coaching, and job search strategy development.

Thanks to our experience, the career planning institute offers tools based on real-world recruiting practices used for both traditional corporate job seekers and private service professionals.

Our packages are sold in blocks of time, and can be used for any of our coaching services.

Time can be split into different appointments, although we do suggest a minimum of 1 hour to really be effective. We send you a “homework” packet to help you prepare for your session.

During our coaching appointment, we focus on your learning objectives to make the most of your time. At the end of the session, you will get follow-up assignments to reiterate everything you just learned.

We can coach you anywhere, anytime…

We are available on evening and weekend hours to accommodate your demanding schedule, in addition to regular business hours. Our office is located in Accra.  We can meet at our office, on the phone, or online.

Not located in the Accra area?  No worries – coaching can also be done via online meeting through Facebook Video Calling, or Google+ hangouts.  You will actually see everything we are doing, in real time.  No special software is needed – just a high speed internet connection.
